USUSChristy was so nice and knowledgeable! Beds were very comfortable and the views were amazing! Also got pictures of moose and sand hill cranes right outside our bedroom window. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

AUHad a great view of the Homer Spit, and had many extras to make your stay comfortable. There was outdoor bbq and table and chairs to enjoy the view. Friendly host.
The pluming made very loud noises, especially if you were in the 2nd bedroom which had no ventilation. (Design problem when built.) We could also hear the dogs running around upstairs, they did not bark but were early rises.
USThe owner was very nice and the apartment was exceptional. E were about 15 minutes from the spit and we had awesome views of the water and mountains.
There was nothing about this that we did not like.
USLocation is perfect & beautiful. All the amenities you could ever need, i.e. Washing Machine with supplies, totally furnished kitchen, Bar-B-Que, towels & linens, etc. Completely self-sufficient accommodations. Christy the owner is outstanding and a perfect host.
Can not identify anything within the accommodations that is negative or disappointing. If you have mobility issues the steep gravel drive would be a negative.
