The air conditioning was brilliant the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large with plenty of storage space. The elevator was of great use as we were located on the fourth floor. We were just about 10 minutes from baluta Bay which was lovely

The balconies were a lovely addition but the sun usually only shone on them till about 1.30 pm ( we were here in June) The walk down to the central area took about 10 mins which was great on the way down but uphill on the way back
