Tout d’abord séduits par la décoration du Riad, oui l’emplacement qui donne un accès facile. Confirmation dès notre arrivée tardive que notre choix était le bon : l’accueil exceptionnel, puis la propreté… après notre première nuit nous avons été accueillis par Iatimad, notre merveilleuse gouvernante qui n’a eu de cesse que de nous gâter tout au long de notre séjour ! Le suivi de Ahlam est parfait, attentive à nos besoins. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Unbelievable beautiful atmosphere, we love Iatimad she is gentle and she prepare a really good breakfast every morning. If i come to Marocco next time 100% ill come here to stay. Thanks allot Iatimad & Riad Sasha

Great location. Only 10 minutes from Jemma el Fna square and popular attractions like Al Badi palace and Saadian tombs. Lots of different options for eating out. Also Hannan was wonderful. She made us great breakfasts and kept everything nice and clean. 10/10

The Riad is beautiful and in a fantastic location . The beds were all comfortable and it was very clean . The breakfast every day was delicious and the owners and staff were so helpful making our daughters special birthday one to remember .

The riad was beautifully furnished, very clean and quite spacious. Our family of four was very comfortable . Air conditioning worked perfectly. We did not use the plunge pool since water was cold. Distance wise it was not far from restaurants and shopping but we had to taxi everywhere (even 3 blocks away) because walking and crossing the street is quite treacherous in Marrakech. Good location for tour pickup and drop off as it is next to Royal Palace. Hannah prepared us delicious breakfasts and one evening we paid 20 euros per person for her to prepare dinner for us. She made a delicious lamb tagine that we couldn’t finish, there was so much. She made our stay extra special. So did Saber, who responded very quickly anytime we messaged him with questions. We had a great stay in Marrakech and highly recommend staying here!

There is a stray cat that has made the rooftop veranda his permanent home and would meow loudly to other stray cats even late at night

Beautiful new property in Marrakech. With all the comforts you require. Location is incredible. Within walking distance to all major sites. Hanan was lovely and accommodated to me and my family so well.

A lot of the sockets were difficult to use. Couldn’t plug in appliances to at least half the sockets. Another thing is as it is an air bnb it is vital to consider if you have a late flight there won’t be anywhere to hold your luggage as it isn’t your typical hotel/riad where there is constant staff and multiple occupants.

The morning breakfast that was included was delicious! Walking distance into town, nice facilities & rooftop. We all slept well and enjoyed the Riad

This is an excellent property near the medina- the riad is very beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and outside the noisy parts. We really enjoyed our stay!
