Great Location, very clean and comfortable.

Swimming Pools were shut till end of March, Not an issue for me but I was originally going with my daughter ( she had to cancel ) who is a keen swimmer so she would have been slightly disappointed.

"FRAUD CRYING AGENT. SPOILED VACATION!"

Climate (outside of the room).

Room was without seaview, absolutely to north - not like it was in ad! Barking dogs (special pet yard infront of my balcony) - no piece of night at all. Noise of pets during day and night. Seemed to be hotel for visitors with pets - Benal Beach Suite. Agent was fraud, crying and manipulating, with bad English, hiding her ID and face. (I could send a photo). Owner of the apartment didnot want to sign the contract (Housing Lease) therefore contract was not legal (signed by unknown person). Called up to Booking.com about it (Nov,11), sent photoes and confirming materials which were asked by Booking.com. Waiting for refunding my booking (14 days). All my vacation spoiled at this time! Real nightmare not vacation...

everything spot on . clean, spacious, location , pool . owner even brought us a kettle without needing hours of notice . very thankful for this . always stay in this hotel
