Frontline Playa las Vistas with pool, parking, sea

The closeness to the beach was excellent. You could either go left for Los Cristianos or right for Las Americas. Owner was great as we needed a replacement iron.

The smell from the toilet which didn’t always flush away the paper was not nice. The hot water didn’t last very long (there were 3 of us). The wardrobe space was limited. Not many hangers. There was no full length mirror. A proper ironing board would be better.

Liked the position of apartment. Liked that it was generally quiet complex Liked the beds. Liked the cleanliness of most areas apart from shower area

The shower area needs more attention to cleaning around the glass/ silicone and mould( but not excessive) The fly screens need a deep clean.

Nichts

Location was absolutely perfect and directly on the beach. Plenty to see and do locally, and a short walk to the bus station if you wanted to venture further afield. The Mercadona is 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is extremely modern inside and very clean. No air-con, but really not needed as the ceiling light fans were so quiet/silent, even when on full power. The shower was just perfect after a days sightseeing or sunbathing. All cooking facilities included, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, blender. Plenty of crockery and pots/pans etc for self-catering. Nice balcony to people watch from. Foot showers at the complex to wash off the sand, which was a good touch. Salt water pool heated by the sun, with plenty of space to sunbathe, if you wanted. Plenty of private parking if you have a car.

Key entry system is slightly irritating, which could be replaced with a key fob device perhaps. The safe key was missing, but the staff were exceptional and responded immediately (on a Sunday!). There is no kettle at the property.

Complex is mainly residential and the residents are not friendly to tourists. Our holiday was spoiled by an incident at the pool and unwelcoming residents. There was very noisy construction work right beside our apartment for four of our seven days. The bathroom was clean but had a sewage smell for all of our stay. We informed the agent of all our issues and asked for a partial refund which was refused. The one set of keys is also an issue as you are locked into the apartment or the pool if another person is gone out. The loungers are padlocked for each apartment and you have to drag them out of a storage room every day and return them every evening. There are no tables or umberellas for shade around the pool area. All of the issues we raised had been mentioned in other reviews. I wouldn't stay again and if you do stay here you must be very quiet and will feel you are been watched all the time by residents. The construction works which look like continuing for some time should be reflected in the price.

location was great literally walked out the door through a gate on the promenade and the beach. easy access for restaurant etc. accomodation was great, clean comfortable with everything you would need.

key situation was very limiting. one set of keys!? meant everyone had to leave at the same time as front door and any gates in the complex required a key. you couldn't leave the complex without a key........ more keys please

The location is fantastic and we liked the layout of the property. The beach is less than a 90 second walk and the pool was very clean.

Unfortunately there were building works being undertaken on both this site and next door, which had an impact on our stay. Obviously work needs to be done on occasions and it must be said that the owners dealt with our concerns very well.

Everything about this apartment was perfect! We expected it to be nice, but it went way beyond expectations: the location alone, right in front of the beach, was worth every penny... but there was definitely more to this little gem! The apartment was super clean and pleasantly scented when we arrived, all the furniture and equipment is new (or very recently bought) in that clean Nordic style that I find extremely relaxing. The beds were comfy and so was the couch. The house was equipped with a lot of accessories to make the stay of family with kids easier: a foldable bed, a pillow for the table chairs, a nice big shower.... you name it! everything was just perfect! Ah, something worth mentioning! We have been to the Canary Islands multiple times and we know "cucarachas" are pretty common in these areas and might accidentally enter houses and apartments... well.... we did not see any!!!!

Maybe the only thing you guys could improve (and it only takes a few euros): please add a couple of hooks in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
