Friends and Families 3 Bedrooms at IOI Resort City

It’s great location and also suitable for me as my work arrival and also the house is excellent clean and good WiFi . Had a good night rest and will definitely book again . Tq also to the host quick response

Strategic location with friendly and helpful staff. The gym is well-equipped, and the futuristic pool view is impressive. The apartment is spacious and pleasant, except for the scratched flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, cooking hob, oven, washing machine, and basic utensils.

Hot shower was only functioning on the second last day of our stay. Only four water bottles were provided for four adults on alternate days.. only one toilet cum shower room for 2 bedrooms.. no laundry area available to hang washed clothes..

Cozy and quite place

The host is wonderful, and I am sure other travelers had a different experience than mine. When we arrived at 4pm - check in time, the apartment was in a disarray. Wet towels on the floor. Beds not made up. LIving area not cleaned and vacuumed. The apartment was used and NOT in a stayable manner when we arrived. There was a battle between owner and cleaners - they blamed each other for their own problems of miscommunication, and me and my 4 friends weer trapped. We decided not to stay there even after the cleaners cleaned and vacuumed the apartment while were were sitting in the small living area - all done under our nose! What a disappointment. Fortunately, since it was not OUR fault, I managed to get a refund.

Toilet bath mats would be nice to keep toilet dry.
