USThe employee of the Hotel were very rude to the people that stay in the B and B
USThe resort was fun, friendly, and comfortable. The check in process was simple. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful.
The pillows on the bed had no support and was not a comfortable night sleep..

*shower was unusable for almost 24 hours after check in. Having to “wash up” in a sink to freshen yourself is barbaric. We had to convince maintenance to come fix it. * beds were not queen beds. We couldn’t even sleep together. The advertisement online stated two queen beds. We sleep on a queen at home. There is no way these were. * no coffee maker in the room but was advertised as one being in the Room. Had to go buy one. * the cabinet where the plates and bowls were , had roaches. * nothing seemed to be wiped down. Everything had a thick dust film *ashes on balcony when we were told this was a non smoking facility. * reached out to property and thanked them for our stay and briefly went back over all issues and requested some kind of compensation for the trouble. The CSA was rude and was of no help. I even sent out a follow up email with no response as of yet. Oh and don’t forget after paying nearly $300.00 for this room I had a $150.00 deposit that I have yet to get back and when you do book with them they literally send you an email as long as a cvs receipt of stuff you have to do. Down to making sure you take out your own trash. I will never stay at this property again and I will not rent from big fish rentals they are a joke.
