Safe residential area with a 20-30 minute walk to downtown D.C.

Suitable for 2 persons when you are a family or a couple. For 3-4 colleagues, it's not genuinely comfortable to sleep on the small sofa bed or queen-sized bed.

The house was very comfortable and we got everything we needed. The owners are very available and kind. Very recommended!

Very clean and modern

Great apartment, with everything you need for a perfect couple staycation! We stayed 6 days and thoroughly explored the neighborhood, felt safe walking around even at night. Great Cafe within 5 min walking distance, Bear cafe. Fantastic hosts, with great communications and local recommendations provided, they even provided our own regional wine on arrival, nice thoughtful touch. Would highly recommend this accommodation!

Well thought out, all possible amenities were covered, excellent facility and instruction manual, supports a tourist or work visit. Hosts were gracious and kind, included a bottle of white wine and Pelligrano. Well stocked linens, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. Great value!

Persons in the floor above walking are heard a little too loudly.

The hosts were very personable, easy to reach and thoughtful. The apartment was cozy, had practical amenities, and we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and St. Pellergino in the fridge. Parking was easy and available on the street. Points of interest were accessible by bus, train, walk or rideshares. Overall, we had a lovely time here and will definitely come back!

Super spotlessly clean.

It should state in the description that this apartment is a basement rental and therefore, well, a basement apartment with very little natural light. It's also quite sterile in an IKEA kind of way which might be offensive to folks who like charm and color. There is also some sort of nonstop motor noise coming from a closet next to the bedroom maybe from the house's heating/cooling system.

All was good! Nice location close to public transport! Got some problems with the water, but we had a rapid response from the owner. Only comment is that since they live upstairs, we hear them walk, wash the dishes and put the music. Nothing at unreasonable hours though.
