1-Bedroom with Balcony l Steps from Brighton Beach

It was a good location that’s it. The bathroom was ok.

First of all I booked and the owner didn’t answer me for 3 weeks. I had to call him in the morning that we were arriving and I’m still sure he didn’t even know. We step foot in the apartment and it looked ok at first, the kitchen was grand and then we proceeded into the bedroom. There is crumbs everywhere, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The double bed had hairs in it, the sofa bed did not work at all and the single beds were nice enough. It wasn’t a good look when we seen bedside tables with what was meant to be 3 drawers only having 1. The best part about this place was the bathroom was nice enough except that we had to use a literal can of body wash which wasn’t appealing. We then were disappointed with the place but it was passable. Then we checked out the balcony and realised the back door was open before we arrived which wasn’t too much of a problem but the back door also didn’t lock which is just not acceptable when you want to sleep safely. We called him up and he said he would come over tomorrow, he didn’t come over to be clear. We had to barricade the door with chairs and a glass table. Overall very disappointed and just not acceptable!!!
