Spacious one bed apartment in a quiet leafy close.

Great kitchen, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. All nicely done out and clean except I found cobwebs under the table in the living room. But that was the only thing out of a great apartment and I would stay there again! 😀

This was a great flat in a great location. The flat had everything we needed and the owners were available if we needed anything else.(which we didn't)

Very easy to locate the hosts directions and communication on how to enter the property was spot on. Comms about time of arrival and expected time of departure also very well communicated. Spoke with the hosts before departure very lovely and chatty

It was perfect

Greenclose Flat was a very comfortable, quiet, spotless, light and airy home from home with everything I needed for my stay. Chris and Ruth were friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. It's also not far from the centre of historic Barnstaple which has some great independent shops and cafes and good transport links.

Ruth and Chris are amazing host, they are very kind and helpful. The house was clean and spacious, kitchen was also very well equipped with everything we needed! Convenient location, only 30minutes walk from railway station, alternatively there's a bus station nearby. Seamless check-in made it a great choice for a comfortable getaway.
