WOW! SeaView Beach Apartment Sleeps 6-Free Parking

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. The property did not match the impression created by the listing photos. The actual condition of the apartment and the building was significantly more worn than expected, with a high level of visible wear and tear throughout. Among the surrounding properties, this appeared to be the only older and poorly maintained building in the area. The entire building seemed to consist of short-term rental apartments, and during our stay the environment was noisy. Some neighbouring guests were disruptive, which negatively affected our family holiday. The most serious issue was the hot water system. We were unable to take a proper shower because hot water was available only from the taps in the sinks and kitchen area. The shower and bath did not have a reliable supply of hot water, making normal washing extremely difficult. Overall, our family holiday was overshadowed by the accommodation experience. While the location itself was good, the condition of the property and the issues with hot water and noise did not meet our expectations.

Very close to Boscombe beach also love the fact there is a park for little ones right outside and ample free parking !

it was accessible to every place we wanted to go.

Good location

There was mould in the main bedroom, extensive staining on the carpets, broken furniture, a vacuum cleaner that was not working, and no light bulbs in the hallway. After check-out, the landlord deducted money from my deposit to cover alleged damage that I did not cause and did not use during my stay. We provided photos taken both on arrival and at departure as evidence of the condition of the property. Despite this, the deduction was made without my consent. I have raised this issue with Booking.com. Advise all the guest, full inspection should be carried out when you arrival and at departure not to be charged additionally afterwards

Location is perfect and wow

The view from this flat is just stunning, we arrived just in time to see the Bournemouth pier fireworks and morning coffee on the balcony was gorgeous. The flat was comfortable for a couple of nights and very handy for the beach.

The building is tired, carpets are stained but not dirty and they have done all they can to make the flat welcoming and well equipped. We couldn't find a space in the rear car park when we arrived but parking on the front is free.

The apartment was very nice an convieniently located close ti beach.

In our apartment the only problem was hallway light not working as my little boy found it too dark. An the lamp light in bedroom was too bright i couldnt sleep.
