Digital Nomad Retreat 2 -Great Location Near Metro

V nekoliko umaknjeni in delno umazani ulici, komunikacija z lastnico ni bila najbolj ažurna.

The location was great, nearby to the metro and buses with easy access to the beach and into the city.

The facilites were not as described. We have stayed in many properties booked through the site but this was very disappointing.The washing machine was broken on arrival and we were asked to use the laundertte which was hugely impractical and we had to insist to get this changed. The air conditioning was not functioning in the bedroom and the property was very hot. The owners were away and had supplied a fan but no one came to fix the air conditioning during our stay. The shower kept flooding as the rubber on the shower tray is not properly attached and we also ran out of shower gel and soap during the stay. The bathroom door lock became jammed shut and we had no access to the batrhroom or toilet for more than 4 hours which was not acceptable. We had to wait for an emergency locksmith to arrive who took the lock away. He told us he could come and fit a new lock the next day but instead we were left with no lock for the duration we were there. We were not provided with enough towels for the amount of people staying and the extra bed was not made up for us. There was no tumble dryer as specified and no coffee machine. We had to ask for the wifi rather than this being provided for us. We were three people but there was only two stools for the breakfast bar so once person had to eat on the sofa which was being used as a bed. The accomdation was also located in a dark alley way and was not very inviting. The owner also asked us to leave a 5* review for them despite our issues incurred.

This property is what you saw on the pictures! The good thing when you walk in is that everything is very new, it was very clean and smell good ! The locations is awesome in a good place and surrounded by supermarkets, restorants and bakery so is easy living ! Transport in Valencia is very good and is just 5 min walk to the metro line leading to the airport ! No transfer needed !

I would add more kitchen utensils for people cooking in!

Apartment is beautiful and the host provided all the amenities, so it was pleasant. It was good to have a dedicated working place

Apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access from the street, it means that you can't open the window and it's pretty dark inside all the time. Bed smell from the toilet all the time 🤢 Host didn't share the wifi password in advance, so I had to contact him after check-in. He didn't respond until next morning, so we stayed without internet for almost a day, which is inconvenient.

The apartment had plenty of space for us and everything we needed. It was very nice to have a washer since we travel light. The location has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The #32 bus is easy to catch to get close to the historic center or the other direction to the beach. The Arago metro stop is also very close by. Turia park was an easy walk as well.

It would be helpful to have the wifi code in the apartment instead of having to contact host.
