Cosy 4 Bedroom Galway House with Rear Garden Patio

Large house in a good location, a 15 mins walk to the centre of Galway.

Our group loved Galway, but would not stay in this accomodation again. On checking in, the house had not been cleaned: kitchen bin full, toilets dirty, and the lounge needed hoovering. Also, the toilet seat in the downstairs toilet was hanging off broken. The hosts did rectify this quickly after contacting them, but nevertheless, it set the tone of an accomodation that was poorly cared for. And this was apparent during the rest of our stay. The house smells (unsure why, but it was noted by all 6 of our group). The radiator in the bedroom downstairs does not work. And most notable, on our last night there was a leak from upstairs into the lounge. On contacting that hosts they took some time to respond, with a worrying nonchalant reply. Whilst the house is spacious: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, it lacks any feeling of warmth in the decor or furnishings. Galway is a beautiful, culturally rich city, totally worth visiting. We would recommend you look elsewhere for accommodation.

The beds were comfortable with cosy and warm blankets. Only a few minutes walk from the centre. Lot of space.

It was a little bit smelly and in general cold. The shower was not warm for 5 people.

The place was excellent, location/comfort/facilities. We had a big group and the host was very understanding. Would highly recommend for any group.
