Palazzo dei Rolli Charm [Centro Storico di Genova]

Apartment is well equipped and clean. There was disposable toothbrush, razor etc. Location is quite good- really close to the city center, bars and restaurants. At the arrival we were welcomed and showed around the apartment.

We were travelling with two bikes and were not allowed to keep them in the apartment (even though it was huge) or in the staircase, but on the other hand we were given location of bike storage nearby so it turned out ok. Appreciate that they were offering solution.

The property was well located for city centre. The apartment was in a beautiful old building and was really spacious and clean with all amenities. The toiletries and slippers were also a lovely touch

Kind Host, but the flat, it's location and the facilities provided are not good value for money. The car park is far and it costs 20€ per day (not included), lots of stairs and the guests cannot use the elevator. No TV as in the photos, no night lights in the bedroom. The dishwasher was uploaded but not clean. I was asked by the host to take the garbage out and do some chores before leaving the flat, which I am not supposed to do for the price per night paid.

The property was solid and clean. Luca was very responsive and kind.
