2 BDR Corner with Spectacular Ocean and City Views

I liked the views but they were not spectacular as the sunrise was blocked by the buildings in front that were closer to the beach

It was not cleaned to a good standard: the sofa is stained and could not bring myself to sit on it. The rugs were all spotted with stains. It was dusty. The toilet in the main bathroom was stained. The iron had a large dead insect floating in the water tank that could not come out when the tank was emptied- I was on a work trip and ironed my clothes late at night for an early morning start and was stressed that I had to iron them with a dead insect! They had 2 coffee machines and a little basket with an assortment of teas, sugar, one coffee sachet and 2 decaffeinated coffee sachets. I arrived late after travelling for 20 hours and did not appreciate that they offered this basket of tea and coffee which obviously had not been replenished after the last guest. I had to go out late, jetlagged, to walk to the Walmart to buy coffee for my stay. For an apartment that is expensive and charges resort fees (which I did not notice at the time of booking because of the fine print) they could make more effort and coffee would not cost them much but would be so helpful for tired travellers. The photos on the booking.com site display flowers in vases and freshness - but they do not do that for real visitors - they are just for show. The reality is therefore disappointing. They could do so much better.
