Apartment, private garage, balcony, smart check in

Prekrásny byt, čistučký, moderný, veľmi dobre som sa cítila. Voľba jedna pre mňa pri hľadaní ubytovania v Banskej Bystrici. 👍😍

Super moderny, komplet vybaveny jednoizbovy apartman.Velmi nas potesil kavovar so zrnkovou kavou a prijemna lodzia. Pozdravujeme ochotneho a ustretoveho majitela a urcite sa radi vratime.

Apartament excelent, curat, bucătărie bine utilată. Așezarea este foarte bună fiind soare doar dimineața, iar în spatele blocului este un loc de recreere frumos amenajat cu un mic iaz. Deși apartamentul este la 25 de metri de autostradă, fiind cu vederea în spatele blocului este liniște totală. De pe balcon se poate vedea întregul loc de recreere. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest apartament. De asemenea menționez că garajul este ușor accesibil iar accesul în apartament se face prin introducerea unui PIN. Am primit pe telefon toate datele necesare inclusiv filmări care au ajutat la accesul în bloc, apartment sau garaj

Fantastic Facilities, very modern and with every Amenity you could need. Location is great, and comes with a parking garage which is also Fantastic.

Literally nothing, the host was extremely responsive to the only issue I had, he solved it immediately. 10/10

Very peaceful and quiet location. The Apartment is brand new and all the amenities are new. Coffee machine was a huge bonus. Check in was super flexible and easy. Garage parking was a fantastic also.

Only thing that was negative was the shower drain. It was clogged up and made it very difficult to shower for more than 5-10 mins. Can be fixed easily, just a small fixable con.

The apartment is located in a nice, well-kept building. There is a bigger road nearby, but I could not hear any noise in the room. Entry with the codes worked smoothly, I prefer this solution over keys. The flat had a nice decor and friendly atmosphere. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean. Nice balcony with view on the nearby hills. There was a huuuge TV, although I did not use it.

Just a minor thing: tea and coffee for guests would add a nice touch. :)
