Luxury Penthouse , Private RoofDeck & Amazing View

Nothing! It was a nightmare that I will never forget….

Refrigerator was not working and mattresses were full of dried piss no mattress covers marijuana all up the 20 flights of stairs Washer dryer combination not working. It rained and in one of bedrooms the ceiling was leaking

All the flight of stairs, the tv upstairs not operating and the gang of males that seat in front of the building all day watching people!

NOTHING WAS AS PORTRAYED-DEFINITELY NOT A "LUXURY" IT SHOULD BE A -10

The location is horrible, someone broke the entire glass "security" door to the building the 1st night we were there. The 2 slider exterior doors in the unit wouldn't lock, the chairs for the kitchen had been "repaired" at sometime but when 1 was sat on the whole chair collapsed and the person sitting was very lucky not to have been severely injured, just missed the corner of the tv stand. There was no designated on-site parking, had to park 2 blocks from the unit and the police -2 times talked with them on site, said don't go out after dark and get the heck out of there it is not a safe place- building across the street was shot into the month before with 100+ shots, after we got out (only stayed the 1st night then fled) the property managment company refused to refund the 3 nights of our stay even though I spent an hour on the phone that morning because of the broken security door telling them that we did not feel safe staying there with a 5 year old, his parents and 2 Seniors, and were leaving immediately. Oh and did I mention it is 50+ stairs to get to the unit! Altogether horrible experience, from the dirty bedding to the rickety furniture, to the large group of weed smoking individuals that were in the only area for unloading vehicle it was just a nightmare time, although since we got home from our trip to the east coast I have found out we were luck to leave like we did, that area ( 2-3 block circumference) in the past 3 weeks has had multiple stabbing and deaths!

We love how cute it was. The architecture was interesting. The way the house was shaped and how she was able to fit all those rooms into that space.

All the steps I think that should be shown on the advertisement of the home. There’s a whole lot of steps.

There’s nothing to like about the property.

It was cute and pretty cool. It has two entrances which you couldn’t tell. It was clean. Pretty secure from getting in and your space. Has a washer and dryer, coffee pots, dishes, refrigerator and toaster for use. The roof view was fun as well.
