I liked nothing

EVERYTHING! The host was unprofessional,inconsiderate ,rude,sarcastic, arrogant,and heartless! The booking was done well in advance! Payment done well in advance,confirmation made with the host in terms of our arrival time and he sent the accomodation rules,hours before our check in time he sends a whatsap comin up with stories that there was a double booking,when a day before our departure he sent a watsap message that I somehow felt he was discouraging us to visit the place.i have whatsap conversation to prove all this,he ,on his own accord decided to cancel our booking,changed dates to what suited him, authorised a 100% refund without our permission because he wanted to host people he preferred over us,left us stranded and frustrated without an alternative accomodation as our stay was in a few hours and he decided to cancel it! Refund wasn't done immediately because of whatever T's n C's that are in place.i actually wonder if this is how he operates or he just chose to be inconsiderate with us.as much as I wrote a Bible about the treatment we got,I dnt think it comes anywhere close to describing how this left us feeling,he actually ruined our vacation mood I am glad though that this worked out the way it did because we found something way better to what he had to offer,we had a Had a wonderful stay at Beach Holidays KZN(Eden palms),with a very friendly host ,Kyla of which had we insisted to stay at the 3 palms I don't think we would have had a great stay or treatment or even worse enjoyed our vacation that was not sponsored by him,as we were to spend our hard earned money which he seemed not in need of

The loft was beautiful and clean,we felt home as we had every thing we needed in terms of kitchen equipments and everything else needed to make meals.

The yard is nothing like the photos, It was super dirty as well as the pool. It was only when we asked about the pool we got told its closed during winter.

I arrived earlier that check-in time and they allowed me to leave my luggage and go freely to do my business and when i came back around check-in time the place was ready and neat for me.

All is good, area of improvement would be maybe access to a play area for the kids has it is visible for them and they desire to go. however there is plenty space in the unit and board games and books freely available. Wifi very fast and great.
