Spacious Leicester Apt with Free Parking, Sleeps 6

Location and access/check-in and checkout process was excellent; apartment was very spacious for our family of four. Value for money and highly recommended.

Have nothing of concern during our stay.

This was a lovely property to stay in. Was exactly as photos suggested and lovely and clean.

The WiFi didn't work kept saying we didn't have the right password and the toilet seat wasn't fitted properly which meant it kept moving.

The apartment is situated just outside of the city centre, but is easily reachable in a 5 minutes or so (if that) walk. I stayed here with a group of friends for the Grand Prix Darts, and the apartment was nearly perfect for a place to sleep and relax in, whilst not out and about in the city centre. The pool table suited us 5 lads, and gave us something to do for an hour or so when we just wanted to stay in. The bedrooms are nice, with 3 single beds in the smaller room, and 1 single and a double bed in the bigger bedroom. All beds are comfy enough for a good nights sleep, and there was little to no noise from outside and other parts of the building. I did notice some cobwebs/dust near the ceiling, but the apartment was 99% spotless (see other section). The bathroom is nice and the heated towel railing is a nice touch. The apartment has all the kitchen utilities, e.g., sink, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. I don't think the washing machine was working as it had a note attached, but I didn't pay attention as I didn't plan to use it.

Unfortunately, as another review said I couldn't get the TV to work on the freeview channels but this might be fixable (I only tried for 30 seconds as we weren't bothered about watching TV). On arrival, the booking in instructions stated that you can park in any available space in the designated area of the car park (I parked in space 138 as it was free). However, when checking out I had a note on my windscreen instructing me to not park in the space again, and if I do I will be reported. I don't think this is the apartment owners fault, and it may be another resident who really likes to have space 138. I did notice the bigger bedroom had a few tiny cobwebs (or dust) on the ceiling where the window blinds were, but this is trivial and the rest of the apartment was spotless.

Pool table was great. Nice comfy furniture and beds. Well decorated and had all amenities in the flat that we needed. Very easy communication between us and the hosts.

The shower screen isn't sealed at the bottom so whenever someone showers the bathroom floor gets covered with water. Having a TV is great but it didn't work and we couldn't figure out why. The fridge-freezer cupboard door needs fixing too. Lockbox identification wasn't easy so new sticker/descriptions needed. Also, as it sleeps six, might be a good idea to have more keys / an easier way to access the property, as the current system means the whole group has to stick together and get in at the same time, etc.
