Non approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine. Smoking in the unit will incur an additional charge of $500 Please note that an additional charge of $200 will apply for late check-out after 11:00 AM Any damage to or loss of property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge.
