Amazing 1 Bedroom Condo At Ballston place with Gym

Nice size apartment for 2 or 3, large fridge, great washing machine and dryer. Location easy walk to metro station. Area is very clean and feels safe day and night.

Curtain in bedroom does not fully cover window, blanket for sofa bed very thin had to have heater on over night. Supplying toilet paper for only first night is annoying and inconvenient to have to go and purchase.

Great location, close to Metro and many shops and restaurants. Spacious room, comfortable bed, room had everything we needed.

Minimal kitchen cooking utensils & equipment. Provided only first day paper supplies, paper towels, toilet paper. No foil, plastic wrap or any leftover containers were in the apartment.

It was roomy, had the necessary items for travel, and the location was great!! I'd stay again if I traveled there!

Maintenance of the condo could have been better - as in the faceplate was off of the bathroom cabinet and there were sharp screws protruding. It was ok-clean, but could have been better! Baseboards, walls, and air vents could be cleaned and it would look a lot better!! The mattress was not comfortable, but it worked and I still slept.
