Elegant 3 bedroom home in the centre of Cheltenham

Check in was fuss free, the house was very clean and all appliances were in great working condition. Easy walk to the shopping stretch with John-Lewis, Next, M&S etc. Great that there is parking available.

The steps. Two bedrooms are one floor up and one at the basement. There are 2 steps down the the ensuite toilet.

Excellent location, everything we needed was there and great quality. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The house itself was very light and airy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and spare bedding etc. The box of board games in the kitchen was a lovely touch too. It was only a 10 minute walk from the town and close to a lovely park too. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great communication from host

Setup for twin room ( children in our case) was in the basement for young children. This isn't ideal but well presented anyway.

Location, space, availability of cleaning products

WiFi didn't work 2 days not sure what exactly was wrong with it. Narrow Streets for parking although we managed to park most days.

Really comfortable property to use as a base for Cheltenham. Lots of lovely features in the property and most equipment provided. Clean and tidy. Good communication with hosts both prior and during stay. Sofa bed extremely comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend.

We liked all of it, but were surprised that one of the double bedrooms was in the basement. However, this was a well decorated and comfortable room - slightly colder, but not at all damp and there was an opening window for ventilation. One of the double beds upstairs was quite small. The roads are quite narrow, so please be aware of this of bringing big vehicles - however, this is out of hosts’ control and they did arrange parking permits for 2 cars for duration of stay. Not enough chairs for more than 4 people - we brought camping chairs which worked well, having read previous reviews. Perhaps hosts could consider this in future.
