Posizione ottima, appartamento molto bello e accogliente. Siamo stati qui diverse volte e torniamo sempre volentieri.

Condivido la recensione dei miei genitori, avendo io prenotato per loro: Una breve nota sul soggiorno in via Ressman (3 - 9 nov2025): dobbiamo osservare purtroppo il mancato funzionamento dell'impianto di riscaldamento nei locali di soggiorno (con esclusione dei bagni e della camera da letto) e soprattutto di quello dell'acqua calda sanitaria che proprio non è arrivata nei rubinetti né in temperatura né in flusso accettabili. Problemi che riteniamo debbano essere affrontati non a soggiorno in corso, ma prima della consegna delle chiavi. Questo è quanto, nella speranza che questa nota sia utile per le future occasioni, visto che siamo comunque sempre felici di occupare l'appartamento quando siamo a Trieste. Cortesemente. The apartment has an excellent layout and interior design, with a beautiful view of Trieste. We also had a parking space in the garage (although this wasn’t mentioned anywhere). It didn’t take long to walk to the city center, although the way back was a bit more demanding. We stayed in the apartment with our children (2 and 4 years old). The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The downside is that the street leading to the apartment is quite narrow and challenging for less experienced drivers, and the parking space is also tight. The host wasn’t a great English speaker but managed well using a translator. All in all, a very high rating, and we would definitely come back to the same apartment.

Everything was ok. Kitchen equipment, two bathrooms, air conditioning.

I definitely miscalculated the location, and its height above the city. If you are not traveling only by car, it may be problematic. The apartment is located very high, you have to climb a torch. I missed some cleaning products. Only one capsule for the washing machine.

Nice to be met but clearer communication would have been helpful. Great view over city.

Bathroom needs updating, especially the shower which was small and not very clean. Overall nice apartment just decor dated and bed uncomfortable. Very steep hill to the apartment and to bus stop. Would have been useful to have had info re public transport available with other info. 20/25 minute walk to centre.
