it was a very good and comfortable self catering accommodation with some very nice touches, like amenities package in both bathrooms

It would have been nice to have had even a small amount of dishwashing liquid or a dishwasher tablet, instead of having to buy a box. Especially as everything else was fantastic

Modern and new interior, well equipped facilities (kitchen, bathroom), comfortable bed. Spacious rooms and living area. Located at the most popular piazza of Lucca, with Conad supermarket in 2 mins walk and main streets of the city. Very good communication with the host.

For those that come with elders , please be aware that there is no elevator, you'd have to carry the luggages up 3 floors. Due to its centered location, it is in the limited access zone (ZTL), only cars with permit can get in, you'll have to carry your luggage for some 800m walk from the closest parking or get a taxi ride. In addition, we were staying for four nights , there're no detergents available for dish wash nor for shower, you'll have to bring/buy your own. That applies to kitchen ingredients too. If above are not a problem to you, I highly recommend this place for your stay in Lucca.

Only 2 bath towels in each bathroom - [ ] Label bins and have them the same colour as outside bins - [ ] Person sleeping downstairs in a cupboard or small space unfurnished with just an old bed in it, as you are coming up the stairs to the apartment
