Modern Central Brighton patio flat - free parking!

The parking, the cleanliness and the design, layout and size of the flat. The soft towels and comfy beds.

Nothing really. The electric had tripped so some sockets weren't working when we arrived but they were easy to reset.

Great location, easy walk to the Lanes and the pier. Small parking space, everything you could need in the kitchen. Nicely decorated, furniture etc. Lots of games, comfy beds, lovely shower.

It's a ground floor flat, so be aware of noise from above. It was not as clean as we would like, but there were plenty of cleaning items in the flat, so we managed for 1 night and let the owner know in the morning, so hopefully better for the next time.

Location of property was great and Anna was incredibly helpful. Well decorated and comfy with everything you would need for a fantastic holiday

The shower pressure wasn't the best. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell during our stay but Anna did everything she could to help.

Very clean property. Parking. A short walk into the town and to the beach.

The property could really do with new locks. Both, back and front were very stiff and hard to open and lock especially the rear door. The sofa was uncomfortable, but we got used to it. I just want to point out, these are not major criticisms, just something we wanted to point out. The whole place was really nice and we had a lovely time.

Easy walk into Brighton so worked perfectly for us :-)

Very nice apartment close to amenities

Really well equipped apartment, comfortable and good size. Nicely decorated and homely. Anna was a helpful host and let us have the space early which was great, and communicated well. Kitchen has everything you could need. Town is 15min walk, but has hills, but the bus comes every 10mins and stops literally 30secs away. Parking space is such a luxury in Brighton.

Bathroom gets quite steamy, but that might have been us enjoying the nice shower!
