Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Josephine in particular was very helpful. The ambience and cleanliness was good. Loved variety of beverages too.

Power though constant had several interruption and the bum washer in 303 was spitting hot water. A connection problem

I liked the quiet location, which felt like a welcome escape from the usual Lagos chaos. Reception also made a good first impression, and the room initially looked well decorated and clean.

The apartment was poorly maintained beneath the surface. There was no elevator, which raises accessibility concerns, the bathroom was mouldy and leaky, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell that would not go away. While it looked fine at first glance, the lack of proper upkeep became obvious very quickly. There were also smaller issues that affected comfort, such as the poor placement of wall sockets, there were none by either bedside and all of them were on the opposite side of the room, as well as the lack of a bedside light switch, meaning you had to get up and walk to the door to turn the lights off. These may seem minor, but they are thoughtful details and basic standards that matter.
