Getting in to the apartment on my arrival day wasn’t smooth. The door access code sent to me didn’t work so I had to make so many phone calls to fix the problem

The apartment is stunning....once you're in.. so don't be fooled by the stairwell and dated lift. The location is very central with easy access to transport and shops. the balcony is has one way openable windows.....so from a security point of view, this was great. Comfortable beds. The rooms are spacious.

Minor fixtures in the bathroom need to be sorted but nothing really important. Parking is generally difficult......

The apartment is central, nicely decorated, well kept, and VERY spacious. We were a couple, but it is also convenient for a family with two children or for two couples. There is an elevator in the building, which is rare in Morocco, and the property offers a self check-in and check-out, which is very convenient and even more rare to find. I assume that if the host will clearly state in the apartment characteristics that it offers self check-in, while the details will be sent 24 hours in advance or at the check-in date, will make the apartment even more attractive for future clients. The communication with the host was efficient and a small unexpected problem that we had was very quickly solved. Very good value, highly recommended!

There was listed in our reservation that there is a free parking, while actually we needed to pay for the parking on the street. However, the parking was very cheap, so it wasn't really a problem.

We arrived a bit earlier and were allowed to come in anyway. The host Faissal is a really nice. As another comment said the adress is just around the corner, not where it is shown in bookings. Faissal will send you a text with a detailed description where to go. Parking outside is free, even though meters are build, but they seem to be in no use yet. The wifi is superb, really fast up and download and a nice router with 6 antennas.

The beds had no sheets but only blankets. The street is quite loud and the windows dont really isolate, so bring some plugs if you are a light sleeper.

location is good but clean less is very bad. we had to clean ourselves. we had some issues with the wi-fi but most of all out towels were still wet when we arrived at the property. the sofa was broken and so were some chairs, we tried to contact the person responsible but we had no reply. We decided to leave early at the end!!! on the good note, we received a message from the property owner 2 days after we left thanking us for leaving the property in immaculate conditions.
