"Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen"

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut und die Aussicht vom Balkon war auch toll!

Bis auf das Bad was neu war ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was eigentlich nicht so schlimm wäre wenn es nicht zum Teil dreckig und abgeranzt gewesen wäre. Die Fenster wurden ewig nicht geputzt und der Teppich auf dem Balkon stand vor Dreck. Es hieß das keine Tiere erwünscht sind dafür waren auf dem Balkonteppich ziemlich viele Hundehaare.

Sehr zentral gelegen, fantastischer Ausblick! Morgens Sonne auf dem Balkon! Gute Ausstattung, es hat uns nichts gefehlt!

Alles in Ordnung, es war sauber, etwas älteres Mobiliar stört uns nicht!

Die Lage und die Aussicht.

Das "Schlafzimmer" befindet sich im schlechtbelüftbaren Bereich des Apartements. Erholsamer Schlaf? Als wir ankamen, fanden wir blutbeschmierte Bettdecken und Laken vor. Die Küchenutensilien mussten z.T. vor der Benutzung gespült werden. Geräuschbelastung durch Lüftungsanlagen nahegelegener Hotelanlage.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings sind viele Dinge mittlerweile schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Alles da, Küche gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, ideal für große Familie oder für Urlaub mit Freunden, tolle Sicht von Balkon, bequeme Betten.

Man könnte Seife, Shampoo & Co. bereitstellen. Ohne Auto ist es allerdings zum Bhf und Strand zu weit.
