Location is beyond great, when you exit the building you are in the city center. Roomy apartment with everything you could need.

Heating is up to the city, and you can only relay on the AC and a small heater, and in bathroom there was no heating. We were with 2 kids and that was our main issue, but after an hour temperature gone up and. The building is really old, but apartment is tip top.

Cladirea este veche si puțin ingrijita. La interior nu se simte. Curatenia ar mai putea fi imbunatatita. Ok pentru tranzit.

Apartamento muy bonito y confortable. Disponía de todo lo necesario. La ubicación inmejorable, justo en el centro de la ciudad. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. No tuvimos problemas con el ascensor, funcionó correctamente durante toda la estancia.

Although it is an old building that still requires upgrades, we ignored the stuff that we could complain about and focussed on the positive side, such as a modern flat inside, full facilities and a great admin/ host who went above and beyond to help us with any issues we had.

The shower drain is very slow.

Just a quick heads-up: when you arrive, you'll need to stroll down the extra hallway to find the apartment. It's located all the way to the right (and then take another right) at the end of the hall after you hop off the elevator on the 4th floor. Safe travels! Also, if you’re looking for more free parking options, you might want to check behind building five (though it can get a bit crowded). We also found some free parking on a little side street—just take a left before you make that right turn behind building five. Hope this helps!

The smell from the bathroom is awful; something really needs to be done about it. It’s not a big job to fix. Everything else is great, but the bathroom odor ruins the impression.
