Apartment is very spacious, with a lovely kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are quite big and the beds are comfortable, as well as the big couch where one of us slept. The electric shower means you get hot water straight away, and there's lots of room in there too. The bus stop to the city centre is less than a 5 minute walk away and the buses are very frequent so it was never a problem to get around. The overall price was extremely good value for money, we've never met the host in person, but he kept in touch with some messages throughout our stay and was very friendly and available.

The bathroom doesn't have a window and the fan is probably not powerful enough for all the steam the shower creates. There were four of us so the room would get very foggy and wet by the time two of us had had a shower, and we had to keep the bathroom door open for a bit, in order to get rid of the steam. The walls are quite thin so you could hear the upstairs neighbour (who had children) walking and running around, but this isn't the host's fault.

Comfortable, big enough and near centre.

It wasn't the cleanest apartment. One mattress can be changed. It has the potential to become a 10* with small changes.

Overall the flat was comfy and spacious. We were in Liverpool during a cold spell in March but it was easy to get the flat nice and warm very quickly. Bathroom was very clean and well equipped. We didn't meet the landlady/landlord but they sent us a friendly message to make sure we were alright and offered to sort out anything we weren't happy with. Location was good and quiet with easy access to city centre either by bus or even walking.

We would have liked to have more towels and there was some dust along the walls.

- very thin wall/flooring causing it to have loud noises and vibration from the top. It's disturbing sometimes. - furnitures worn out a lot and although functioning, looks bad - window blinds/covers are not thick enough to darken the room properly which may be a problem for someone who can't sleep without having a fully darken room as outside road lights passes through inside.

Clean apartment. Nice and spacious. We didn't require much, more of just a place to sleep, so we weren't expecting 5 stars, but we had everything we needed and the beds were comfy.

For the price we paid, there isn't much bad we can say. Only a little bus ride into town, but worth it to save on the overall price.
