Luxury 4 Bedroom Apartment Southsea - Free Parking

Convenient location. Great price. Comfortable.

The steps up to the property are very steep which is a bit tricky for older people. Only 1 bathroom and toilet isn’t really enough for a lot of people, especially if you’re staying for several days.

Parking was hit and miss - no fault of the host, but we arrived quite late and it was a lot of driving around to find a space.

Very modern, spacious and very clean! The 4 bedrooms were very good size and very clean. Lovely large kitchen. Easy access to the property and plenty of parking available on the street. Communication was good when problems came. The sitting room was also a very good size and comfortable. Good location and was good value for money with our group size. It is a very convenient property for larger group sizes

No heating upon entry to the property - an engineer + downstairs neighbor came to the property but couldn't turn on the heating. We did have 4 hours of no heating, everyone tried to turn it on and one of the girls who were with us ended up flicking it on by accident after the engineer had left. Hot water was turned on but wasn't set to heat on the boiler evening with it being turned back on. Heated up very quickly as it was a very cold day/evening. Hot water was sparse when it came on and did go cold after a few minutes. Bathroom tap - no running water came through the next morning to the hot tap but cold water ran fine. Water was leaking from the shower to downstairs, we were informed of this by the downstairs neighbor and were shown videos of water running down his walls Fire alarm constantly beeped - batteries need changing in the device.

Great place with a big and fully-equipped kitchen, a big and very comfy living room and 4 nice sleeping rooms. Easy & friendly contact with landlord. 7/11 convenience shop and great breakfast bar directly opposite.

This place is a real home. I will go back a million times

it was much bigger than the pictures indicated. the bedrooms were all very spacious.

some of the glasses, crockery were not clean.

Property was a beautiful place well done and looked

There is a gate at the bottom of the stairway and the padlock is very hard to take off and on there must be a better solution

The property was clean, tidy and very spacious! We travelled as a group of 8 with one baby and it didn’t feel crowded at all

The only issue was the beeping of the fire alarm, it kept us awake in the night!
