Tolle. Lage mit liebevoll dekorierter Taverne mit gutem Essen direkt nebenan. Tolle Villa mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Achtung: Im EG gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Das OG ist eine komplett getrennte Wohnung, welche nur über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen ist. Für uns war das optimal, mit kleineren Kindern vielleicht ungeschickt.

Nichts

The villa is stunning inside and out. Traditional Cretan style with a modern twist. The outside space is fantastic, and totally private. It’s your own little sanctuary 100 metres from a quality restaurant and bar.

There were only 4 sun loungers for 5 adults, which was frustrating at times. The lack of mirrors in the main house bedrooms was problematic - sharing one wall mirror in the bathroom was not ideal, plus a full length mirror would be better. One bedroom in the main house does not have air con, just a fan. There was no iron.

Great location a very short distance from village centre

A really beautiful, carefully restored Cretan Stone house. Very comfortable, good air conditioning and had everything we needed. Lena and the owners could not have been more welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Really loved the outside areas, lots of space - perfect for being together with friends and family with the BBQ area and big table. Great location right in the heart of Melidoni - a village with a really wonderful community atmosphere, a fantastic taverna (Carob & Olive) and were made to feel very welcome. Melidoni Cave is worth a visit as well as Reptisland, The Honey Museum and the Olive Oil Factory - all in the village.

Not a lot to comment here…we cooked in a fair amount and there were a few basic elements missing such a good chopping knife and a pair of scissors but that was all. A very well equipped house - even had a sewing kit.
