The location is pretty fine. The place has safe access to MGM Grand where restaurants and shops are located as well as easy access to monorail.

There was no notification at the reception desk of Tower 3 that I have to go to Tower 2 if a guest will check out before 5am.

Since it was summer time, walking to places around was little exhausting... may be winter stay will be hood I suppose..

About 10 min walk to strip

Didn’t get house keeping services , had a broken sink in the kitchenette , so we could not use the space as intended. As seen in the picture, the property manager was well aware of the sink issue, and should have fixed it before having people book. We waited a couple hours for maintenance to come and fix it but they were not able to fix it on that visit. Maintenance asked when a good time to return would be and we told them after 6, which they said would not be a problem. I then got an email from the property manager stating that since we had not let maintenance in, they could not do their job, although, we spend hours on our vacation waiting for their maintenance person to come and DID in fact let them in when they finally arrived. And, because they used our towels to clean the mess, we had limited towels for the rest of our stay. We should receive compensation for our time and also for not being able to use the kitchenette we paid for.

Nice big studio room with really Big bathroom. Free access to the pool at the Signature, not the MGM. Coffee machine and microwave oven saves buying coffee everyday.

Ā bit noisey when people in the hallway talking.

Excellent hosts. The property is beautiful and the location is great. Plenty of options for relaxing by the pool, or walking to nearby casinos.
