The apartment is basic, but confortable. You get a good view on the sea from the second row of buidings, without the noise of the restaurants and playgrounds on the Promenada. It is located just across the street from a nice beach with fine sand and a smooth shoreline. Tha apt has a parkimg lot in the garage.

Most part of the furniture is worn out, especialy in the master bedroom and in the kitchen. There is rust in the sink and everything is sticky. The pots and pans are scratched and stained. The cofee machine has never been cleaned and we got a bowl full of wrong coffee capsules that did not match the mashine. The fridge smelled funny and all the cabinets in the hitchen and bathrooms had stained doors like they had never been cleaned on the outside. On short, old furniture and kitchen ustensils and lazy houekeeping stuff. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach can be rented by the day with 15 euros. They are confortable but dirty. There are no bins on the beach so by the end of the day it gets messy. To acces the parking space you need to first get the key from the apt, which makes erything very complicated as there are no parking spaces available outside the property. We searched for one for a while then asked the gate keeper to leave the car at the gate for 5 min and go get the key. However, it took more than 5 min as only one elevator was working and the apt is located on the 7th floor. Waiting for the elevator took us a lot of time during our short stay.
