Loved the property everything we needed and more, great value for money would definitely return.

Couldn’t for the life of me work out what the beeping noise was that came on through the night on the second night, would of put our waste in boxes as said in the file but wasn’t sure where they were apart from these two things it couldn’t of been better. Cheers

The location was good and not far from the centre of York. The hot tub was a lovely touch for a relaxing weekend away. Homely, relaxing and spacious.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, seemed like it was on the way to needing a change! Also having to ask for clean bed sheets, to then be given another sheet that was dirty still.

It was bright, clean, warm and welcoming. The owner was extremely friendly. You could park on site. Dog friendly

It’s a shame there’s not an actual path to walk to the village however there is a well trodden grass verge that you can walk along instead

Clean, modern spacious accommodation. All essential appliances. Large wet room with double shower. Small private fenced off decked area with hot tub. Dog friendly. Parking. Good location for exploring York & local attractions. Welcome hamper from hosts.
