Easy to find the property & access the keys. The accomodation was spacious & nice to have a welcome pack. The bedrooms were big & the bathroom was good with a great shower & good hot water. Great that shower gel & handwash & plenty of toilet roll were available as annoying when you go for a weekend & have to look to go & buy these things. The location was good & in walking distance to the botanical gardens & Queen's university area. it was also right by the stop for the Open top bus tour. Opposite was a Cafe Nero & then aroiund the corner & along the road were shops & cafe's. Overall I would recommend.

We weren't aware or it wasn't made more obvious it was above shops. I had no issue with this but helps to signpost it. The heating being off on arrival is ok but its never nice to enter a cold house when you arrived late. The electrics were really dodgey in the lounge where the TV was plugged in & also not great in the front upstairs bedroom. The hair dryer in the apartment was really small & not very powerful so great there was one but ideally needs to be better. The property had a little court yard garden which could be lovely but was in a bit of a state & so definetly something that could be sorted & would then enhance the apartment. There weren't any mattress protectors on the beds or protectors on the pillows, so although the linen was fresh I prefer this too.

great location for Belfast City break with easy walk to the city, access to grocery shops and local pubs, restaurant's and takeaways

tiny thing but there was a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. We ended up putting on on the top landing as we were there for a wedding this was important for us to get ready

Der Bereich hinterm Haus war nicht schön es lag viel Abfall herum , ☹️ schade, denn wenn man das noch hübsch macht für denSommer könnte man auch draußen sitzen

The place was absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay

As a group of 5, we loved how spacious and homely the accommodation was. From outside it didn't look big but we were surprised when we entered at how much space there was. It was ideal having 2 toilets and we liked the little tea and coffee and snacks left for us. There was a co-op across the road for any necessities and it was a 25/30 minute stroll into town or a £8 uber. We ate at a close by restaurant called Nico's which was Italian. The food here was amazing. We had a wonderful stay.
