The location, very clean, many extra touches… the host was amazing!!

Everything! The home is both historic and gorgeous with wonderful antique furnishings and a quaint, yet luxurious bathroom. The location was perfect and close to everything we planned to do in Denver. The bed was extremely clean and comfortable and the host was the most communicative and helpful host we’d ever had! The small details like the fresh milk and Nespresso coffee and frothing machine for our morning coffee were over the top thoughtful, and the cost was reasonable and all upfront. (Coffee lovers- if you haven’t had Nespresso, you MUST!) I had read reviews for other rooms that claimed they failed to disclose a cleaning fee. I was relieved to see the Pineapple House’s fees were clear, upfront, and more than fair. The host has taken the time to prepare a small binder, complete with so much helpful info about local eateries, as well as instructions on all the goodies available in the apartment. Angela is terrific host. She has given great thought and effort to all the details that make a great stay. From premium linens to beautiful decor to to a terrific Nespresso machine and milk frother, she truly thought of all the details. The bed was remarkably comfortable down pillows, a feather bed topper and premium linens, slept great every night. Her communication is prompt and thorough, and she's wonderfully considerate and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again!

The unit was dark, the windows didn't open and it was very hard to find on street parking.

Beautiful apartment. Nicely furnished. Little luxuries everywhere. Exceptionally nice bed / mattress / linens! Exceeded all expectations!

Everything was amazing, Angela is the sweetest host and made us feel so welcome and cared for! She goes out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible, I'm really looking forward to staying here again. Oh and when she recommends something, like the ice cream place around the corner, make sure to check it out because it'll be amazing!

I loved how the historic feel of this unit was preserved while still looking clean and updated. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was very comfortable after driving to Denver. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Additionally, the location of this place was perfect! It is a comfortable 25-30 minute walk from Cherry Creek Mall and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in was super easy (all I had to do was enter the code in the door and I was in)! I will 100% be staying here next time I am in Denver and I have already raved about it to all my friends :)
