Luxury Double & Single Rooms with En-suite Private bathroom in City Centre Stoke on Trent

The room was clean and lovely and quiet at night.The communication with the owner was very good .The kitchen available was handy for making coffee.Good hot water for the shower..The bed was comfortable and we slept well WiFi available which is good for us.

We didn't have any actual dislikes but maybe another pillow each would be good. It was unusual to not have a TV but it's not a deal breaker.

The communication was excellent, just around 10am they sent me the check-in details, code to the entry. My check in was from 3pm, but they allowed me to check in around 2pm as the room was free, and i put my luggage and get to do my other stuff in town. The house was clean, even at the kitchen. Bathroom soo clean with hot water for a good shower🤗. Location accessible by good numbers of buses.

I think this has to do with some guests, i wouldn't underate the owner. 1. The guest took the iron to their room, i searched for but i can only find the ironing board in the kitchen. Fortunately one of the guests borrowed me their own steam iron, m grateful for that.... Therefore, it might be a good idea if you could supply an iron and a kettle on each room as i felt bad knocking onto people's room looking for an iron, and i desperately needed to iron my dress.😇 2. The second night, guests from room 3 came with their friends around midnight and they stayed maybe 30 minutes chatting loudly, before they left, that disturbed my sleep somehow.

Property was easy to find, the key safe was not complicated, manager was polite, Kitchen was ok, place was warm once you turned the heater.

BIG ISSUE OF CLEANING AND HYGIENE. The room had not been cleaned before my arrival with obvious evidence of this (there was unflushed urine in toilet), basics like toilet paper were not there. I contacted the manager and was offered a different room which had not been cleaned after the previous guest had checked out either. In the end, I had to spend the night in the same dirty room, until the following day when I was moved to another room. The "upgraded" room was indeed larger but also not clean, there was hair on the walls of the shower, rim of grime around the hand soap dispenser. The pillows were too flat and old.

The location is very convenient, the place is very clean, safe, quiet and cozy.
