KYLocation was good, very convenient to the shopping areas
GBBuilding has heaps of character, plenty of free parking, walking distance to town centre. Flat was very clean and well equipped. Someone answered the phone when we called for assistance.
Needs a mirror over the bathroom sink. Smaller room needs more effective blackout blind, covering the entire window space - landing lights go on and off outside the window. TV didn't seem to have terrestrial tv and needed our own login to access streaming services; no instructions available for the less techy of us.

CAClean, comfortable, spacious. Easy to access. Secure, convenient.
No mirror above the bathroom sink. No shower gel or shampoo. No dish detergent, no dish towels. Kichen poorly equipped. No coffee maker, Only one sharp knife. Could not connect to the internet.

Some of the dining room chairs were broken. The WiFi was extremely poor and a shortage of DHCP (previous guests devices had not been cleared down). There were no television programmes available and as the WiFi was not stable, we were unable to watch the Disney channel. When we arrived there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the living area. There were hairs in the shower tray and on the bathroom floor. The mattress protector in one of the bedrooms was soiled and in the other bedroom had soiled pillow protectors. The roller blind in the bedroom was broken. The sofa was uncomfortable. No storage space for food, such as cereal, bread, etc.

Could do with a spare toilet roll! No response to repeated request for a VAT invoice on previous stay, not helpful when travelling on business.
