Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances. Le logement est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Tout a été pensé avec soin pour le confort des voyageurs, et nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Nous souhaitons également remercier les propriétaires, qui sont particulièrement charmants, accueillants et disponibles. Leur gentillesse a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour et nous recommandons cette adresse sans la moindre hésitation.

Wundervoller Ausblick von einer großzügigen Terrasse . Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet, um eine entspannte Urlaubszeit genießen zu können. Auch der überall vorhandene (wertige) Fliegenschutz haben wir gewertschätzt ! Von Fabrizio haben wir die App „ Bentu“ empfohlen bekommen. Wir können nur anraten sich mit dieser vorab vertraut zu machen, um die tollsten Strände und aktuellen Werte jeweils abrufen zu können ! Schöne Strände sind aber auch fussläufig ganz schnell zu erreichen! Schöne Zeit, wir können dieses Apartment nur empfehlen!

The villa is perfectly located next to very beautiful beaches, one of which can be reached by foot via 5 min walk via stairs and another one 5 min drive by car. There is also a fantastic restaurant/ bar/ pizzeria located directly in the small town. Fabrizio is a very guest friendly host who organized multiple things for us, and even bought a new baby bed and a high chair for our child! He responded very quickly to all our requests. We are very happy to have stayed in this beautiful villa and recommend it to anyone traveling with a family. And the view from the patio is absolutely stunning!

Excellent house, gorgeous view from the terrace, excellent beach three minutes walk away! The house has a very pleasant atmosphere, clean, cozy and comfortable! It feels like the owners ensouled each aspect! There is everything you need, even scales for the kitchen!

The apartment is amazing. We have never been at such a well equipped apartment. The only thing what what would have been nice is a baby chair four our toddler girl but we managed well without it. The view from the terrace (especially in the evenings) was breathtaking. The rooms are so spacious - perfect to play with our child. Due to our toddler we used the car to get to the beach but there would have been a footway as well. The grocery store in the neighbor hood had everything to cook delicious dinner. Next to the store is a shop where fresh fish is sold. Perfect for dinners on the terrace.

Absolutely nothing to complain about the apartment. The road is not paved so it can get a bit dusty but there is a water to wash it down. The selection of restaurants was surprisingly low. There was one very expensive restaurants in the town.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Fabrizio, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Zudem hatte er einige gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Lage zum angrenzenden, wunderschönen Strand war über eine etwas steilere Treppe in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!!!

All, the host is fantastic. Very clean, very equipped.

It had everything that you needed for a perfect stay from good quality appliances, tableware and utensils to thoughtful touches like beach umbrellas for guests to use. There were 2 lovely beaches walkable from the apartment and 3 restaurants. Cagliari is within easy reach for Culture and transportation links. Villasimius about 25 mins drive away for more beautiful beaches and snorkeling

The dirt roads around the complex can kick up a lot of dust, particularly on windy days
