"Overall, very nice."

The condo & property were really nice and the location was perfect.

The mold around the tub could be removed or caulk replaced and the bathroom base trim could use a wipe down. I am guessing that the rate was so reasonable because it seems like the cleaning crew does very little especially if we take out the trash, we run the dishwasher and we are asked to put the towels in the washer-

The location and the hominess.

It wasn’t clean and the toaster nearly caught on fire. Someone had tried to toast bread with butter and the butter was under the toaster and in the heating coils of the toaster. There were crumbs under the table in the screen room.
