Cute roof terrace. Clean and friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Top floor of the building so not affected as much by the noisy bars below.

The kitchen utensils etc (especially pans) could have been more plentiful. The roof terrace table and chairs could do with a clean down of all the cobwebs before check in as part of the clean.

Another lovely couple of week nights for work. Definitely best apartments in Leicester.

Not a ‘not like’, but the grand staircase does mean no lift, so contact them if you have accessibility needs.

I stayed in the golden mile suite i loved everything comfortable bed, sofa the balcony all spot on definitely booking again.

Only issue was the music from over the Rd went on until late the sound proofing stopped almost all the noise but could still feel the base from the music. But that's out of your control and to be expected in a busy city centre location didn't really effect our sleep

The location was great and facilities were really good

The cleanliness was poor for what I paid, there were stains on the sheet and blanket, discarded rubbish in the side of the sofa, and the floor of the living room and bathroom was not good at all with stains visible, there was also human hair in all rooms
