Superbe appartement, propre, bien équipé, avec l'ambiance chaleureuse)

Super easy check-in process! Chiara, one of the staff members managing this property, was kind enough to come by early and hand us the keys before the official check-in time which was a fantastic bonus for us. We didn't have to drag our luggage around the city while we waited. Really appreciated that extra touch! As for the apartment itself: spotlessly clean, stylish furniture, comfortable bed, sorted recycling bins, great water pressure in the shower, bidet, fresh towels, Wi-Fi, dryer, iron, and quality ergonomic pillows. Absolutely nothing was missing.

The location, the possible different sleeping arrangements one can choose from and the price were all very good. There are also a small store and a couple of restaurants just around the corner. The best part was the staff and the communication. Even though they seemed a bit stressed sometimes, they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating!

The floor was a bit dusty and even with the heating the apartment felt pretty cold. The Wifi signal was really bad in the apartment. In two of the three rooms it was basically nonexistant and the general phone reception was also not the best.

L'appartamento era molto accessibile a livello di mezzi di trasporto e vicinanza alla fiera di Bologna. Esteticamente è un appartamento molto grazioso e ben arredato e con ascensore. Denise, la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check-in, è stata fantastica, divertente e graziosa.

Purtroppo, il fatto che l'appartamento fosse carino e vicino a dove ci occorreva essere per lavoro, non ha potuto compensare a tante defaillances. Lenzuola e asciugamani sporche, stoviglie sporche e oleose che abbiamo dovuto rilavare (a livello di bicchieri con segno di lucidalabbra sopra), il forno non ne parliamo e dulcis in fundo la carcassa di uno scarafaggio sotto al microonde. La piattaforma per lasciare tutti i dati del check-in e della tassa di soggiorno richiede davvero troppo tempo, è macchinosa e mi ha chiesto anche un selfie per attestare che fossi io a star concludendo il check-in. Non mi ha fatta sentire esattamente al sicuro. Avendo trovato io stessa l'appartamento, mi sono sentita in colpa con gli altri ospiti perché credevo di aver trovato un gioiellino. Pensavamo che spendendo leggermente di più, seppur essendo solamente un punto di appoggio, ci saremmo trovate bene. Mi spiace davvero un sacco.
