GBThe location was good.
The front door locking system. Would not lock from inside the house. Very difficult to lock from outside. But eventually did. I suspect locking latches are not fully aligned. 2. The TV. set was not set up. There was no aerial or intent. connection. So no signal available. So just a TV on the wall but no access or , aerials, or Sat.dish, or intent connection for the TV. You need to sort that out. 3. Block out curtains or blinds would be good at this time of the year.
