"Great place to stay; avoid the restaurant!"

The room itself was beautiful and functional. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Loved the pool and the temperature of the water.

We had a terrible experience at the restaurant La Casona. Two of the three of us ordered Caesar salad and got food poisoning. We also spoke with a man at the convenience store whose wife had the same issue. The breakfast manager at the restaurant, Angela, was very sympathetic and helpful. The dinner manager, Paola, refused to believe us and was defensive. One of our party of 3 lost 3 days and one of our party lost 2 days due to the illness. Also, it would have been nice to know that leaving the balcony door open invited insects.

Close to beach pool, town and highway to go to San Jose. Across the street(busy highway) to groceries. Pool was just big enough. Room and balcony was first rate. Rooms phenomenal

Location, beautiful grounds and view

LOTS of noise from construction directly east of unit. Ants and a cockroach in room. AC unit doesnt work on lowest setting, just turns off. Great, completed pickleball courts but NO NETS. Portable nets can be purchased for $100-200 each and should have been provided.
