Good space and clean

Spacious and clean apartment at the top floor of a bloc. There's a fully equipped kitchen the host was very attentive. The water in the shower took a while to get hot and also there was no curtain on the shower so water inevitably splashed on the bathroom. It would be preferable if there was another tv in the bedroom as there is enough space for one. Centrally located but not in the chaos of the old town so perfect for couples.

Stylish and well furnished apartment in a quieter area. Spacious, having a separate kitchen-diner, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and large hallway connecting them all. Comfortable bed and seating. Nice view from the 8th floor. Host was helpful, polite, and communicated in good time. We would happily stay here again.

Hot water was temperamental. The taps had to be run for a long time to get any warm water (which seemed very wasteful) and even then the water didn't always get hot. There wasn't a bracket to hold up the shower head and also no shower curtain, which made showering awkward. The lift is tiny, but it worked well (to the 8th floor). It's not the accommodation's fault that I have a fear of confined spaces. There is a staircase as an alternative. Just one thing regarding check-in, instructions for entering the main door of the apartment block would have been helpful in advance because we didn't know the 'keyring' was an electronic fob until a man from the salon next door helped us. All-in-all, these points are minor and the quality and quietness of the apartment overrides the few negatives.
