Apartamentos NayDa N4 de 2 habitaciones

Apartamento muy cómodo y sitio tranquilo de donde dejar el coche.

We are 5 adults and 1 child (6 years old). On Booking.com it said that there were only 5 people (adults) in the apartment, when we arrived the host said that we needed to pay for extra people (a child in this case). We tried to talk to him and said that one of us was going to sleep in the car and asked if there was a problem with this person coming to the apartment to eat with us and the host said that this person did not have permission to enter the apartment and that we would have to pay for an extra place. Even though there was room for 5 adults and a child, we were charged €75.

Spacious, modern looking. Good immediate impression. Massive TV. Quiet neighbourhood.

Dusty, not very well cleaned. Mould in bathroom. No extra blankets nor pillows, in MIDWINTER. ONE towel per person, no hand towels. Phoned owner to ask for towel and blankets. Said there was heating, which was true but it was aircon which sounded like a taxiing aeroplane and obviously not suitable for all night use anyway. After a fashion he said he'd be round but never turned up. Only 2 chairs at dining table, only 2 cups in cupboard. 1 tiny frying pan and 1 massive pot. No other pans at all. Beside lamp in one of the rooms but not the other. Giant spider webs (and spider) in hallway. In summary, first impression blown away by severe lack of attention to detail regarding basic necessities.
