Mi dispiace non mi è piaciuto niente!

Le foto dell’alloggio sono piuttosto ingannevoli e non rispecchiano la reale condizione trovata al nostro arrivo. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: sotto il letto erano accatastati dei sacchi ed era soprattutto pieno di polvere. I letti sono scomodi, con cuscini piccoli e non adatti. I muri presentavano diverse crepe e nel bagno erano visibili tracce di muffa. Nel complesso, l’alloggio avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura e manutenzione. Un vero peccato, perché con un po’ di attenzione in più potrebbe essere un posto gradevole.

Apartment is big, but the space is not ussed very well, in one part of living room they putted 4 chairs randomly, and it looks like opened storage area. In apartment there is only bathroom mirror, this is inconvenient when you are getting ready to go outside. There is no table to leave a cup or glass in front of the sofa. We ere suppose to check in around 11 p.m. and they planed to charge us 20 eur for late check in as a cost to arrange someone to give us a kay. I could not understand this as we payed not small amount for 6 nights stay. We did not paid these 20 eur as we arrived after 2 a.m. and we agreed that they leave us key in safe box but this initial request that we pay 20 additional eur, for me was not ok. During the night in room that looks on Rua Sao Bento you can not sleep well from the outside noise of the trucks and cars. It is really loud. I would leave one coffee capsule and one tea bag per visitor so that they have it for the first morning.

Great location and close to some great restaurants off the tourist trail.

Street noise was annoying. Tried closing the windows but no air in the bedroom.

The apartment is spacious, two separate bedrooms, large living room, very well equipped kitchen. It is very well located, nice walk to city center and well conected to all public transport. Shops, bakery, restaurants in walking distance.

The apartment is on 1 floor with stairs, no elevator. We did not mind, but I just wanted to point out. Also, the bedrooms are facing a street with a lot of noisy traffic 24/7. For us, it was fine as we closed the windows, thus we could not hear the noise, but I am not sure in summer if you can sleep with closed windows and no A/C.

The location was good, very close to public transport (Bus, metro and trams). The house was as described.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. Only 1 pot. There was also a sign asking to pay city tax in cash when this was already included in the booking. Luckily we found this in the booking details. This took us by surprise and was misleading.

Many pubblic transport just down the street. The flat is pretty comfortable. The host was really supporting on all the needs we had. super reccomended!

En general el piso necesita arreglos y limpieza. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, sucias (paredes y suelo)y ruidosas, hacía calor y el ventilador hacia mucho ruido y si abríamos ventanas el tráfico de la calle no dejaba dormir, las paredes tienen grietas. Todas las paredes del piso estaban sucias y arañadas, l a cocina es lo mejor, está bien equipada de vajilla y menaje, también electrodomésticos pero no hay manteles para comer, ni paños para secar, bayetas etc. Y lo peor el baño, minúsculo, sucio, con humedades en las paredes/techos, el espejo muy deteriorado, la lampara colgando sobre el espejo que además es el único que hay en el piso, no funcionaba y estaba oxidada. Sin extractor porque no funcionaba tampoco, igual que la luz del pasillo, que quedaba oscuro al no funcionar. Dos rollos de papel higiénico uno de ellos ya empezado casi a la mitad (la.primera vez que nos ocurre) para 4 personas y cuatro días de estancia. Y lo peor es que te dejan cartelitos por el apartamento para que les dejes sobre la mesa una tasa de turismo que consiste en 4€ por persona y noche, cosa que es ilegal hacer, el precio cuando se paga estancia queda cerrado y no se especificaba nada de tasas, en nuestro caso habrían sido 48€ más con lo cual no habríamos ido porque los había por menos y mejores
