Pelican Beach 307 - Beautiful Updated Unit!!!

Living area and kitchen nice and bright. The bed was comfortable, and A/C worked well.

The front bathroom door would not close. The shower head was black and full of mildew. The frame of the shower was full of mildew, rusty, and corroded. The kitchen sink did not have a fitted stopper to hold water. There was no hot water in the kitchen faucet. Entry door was dirty and needed painting along with the hallway. The chair in the living room cover was dirty and stained.

Very good location. Pools and jacuzzi are very nice. Not a long walk to the beach from the building. Family loved it.

The minute we got there, we noticed that the tub was clogged up. I sent messages, but no one came to fix anything. Other than that. Everything was fine.

The room was great. We were on the 3rd floor, very close to the pool and the beach. We would highly recommend staying here.

Long wait for elevator. One day the pool was closed for the entire day, very disappointed.

Location, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, decor, master tub/ shower was very nice, in that it provided a nice HOT shower.

The shower valve in the hall bathroom was not functioning correctly. It would not turn all the way to the hot water side of the valve, thus water was just lukewarm. Suggest replacing valve and shower head in that bathroom.
