Struttura molto accogliente, con una piscina piccola ma ben tenuta e perfetta per un tuffo prima o dopo il mare o per riposare il pomeriggio. Stanza abbastanza grande per 4 persone, andrebbe un po' svecchiata ma comunque pulita e funzionale Il signor Michele molto disponibile e gentile Attenzione anche all'ambiente con la presenza di bidoni per la differenziata Infine posizione ottima per raggiungere i vari lidi di Pescoluse

Si può fare di più per gli insetti, in particolare le zanzare magari una disinfestazione programmata e periodica Il costo delle pulizie (circa 80€) andrebbe comunicato in fase di prenotazione in maniera più chiara, anche se va specificato che comunque il prezzo complessivo è comunque giusto ed adeguato a quanto offerto

L’autonomia e la posizione

L' environnement est calme et l hôte est accueillant.

Le logement que nous avions était très humide, l équipement de la cuisine très limité. Et la deuxième chambre est dans le salon. On ne peut pas rentrer manger à l' intérieur ce qui peut être embêtant avec les guêpes.

Nice peacefull location, friendly staff, all though not speaking english

The kitchen was very badly equipped. For example there were like 8 pot lids pot 3 pods. There was also a cake pan but no oven etc etc. No wine glasses. All in all the kitchen needs thorough renewing on everything .

Apartments located in the garden with a swimming pool - very intimate, and at the same time 3 minutes by car to the beach Marina di Pesculose. Sea view from the terrace. Apartments very clean, equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances. Washing machine available. We lacked nothing! On hot days, returning from the beach, you could use the shade of the garden trees and sit on the terrace or swim in the pool. Stefano took great care of us - he asked if we needed anything, provided tourist advice, and even served coffee. It was very nice to talk to him about life :) The children's hearts were stolen by two cats, who walked around the garden and looked in on us and living with us. We will remember this stay very happily! Of course, I highly recommend it!

Just the short road 100 meters long maybe when entering the villa, you must be careful if someone is coming.
